PRIDE FESTIVALS IN AMSTERDAM
3rd August - 6th August (4 days)
Amsterdam is a truly unique city with a vibrant and unapologetic queer scene. Once you experience it, you'll never forget it. The city's Pride parade attracts over 500,000 attendees from all over the world for a concentrated celebration of partying, love, and queer connections. The Contiki Amsterdam trip is the perfect opportunity to explore the city's culture and sights while immersing yourself in the vibrant queer atmosphere.
On the first day, you'll get acquainted with the city through a cocktail tasting along the iconic canals before heading to the buzzing "Foodhallen" – a space filled with cool bars, live music, and unique art exhibitions. You'll also have your own time to explore the city as you wish, but we recommend taking an LGBTQIA+ walking tour to discover the hidden truths of queer Amsterdam and prepare yourself for the best viewpoint of the city. INTERNATIONAL CONTIKI PRIDE
28th July - 6th August (10 days)
The iconic Contiki Pride is a trip for adventure-seekers and party-goers alike. Over the course of 10 days, you'll explore some of Europe's biggest queer scenes and communities in three different countries. The journey begins in the city of London, where you'll enjoy an introductory dinner with your fellow queer travelers and an extraordinary evening in the West End, London's premium entertainment district. Start the next day in true London fashion with a bottomless brunch with your queer travelers and indulge in some amazing food. Spend the rest of the day at your own pace, exploring the city and finding your niche. Take a locally-guided walking tour through London's LGBTQIA+ district and continue to explore the city on your own before heading to the next stop: Paris.
Immediately immerse yourself in the city's beauty with a guided, city-lit tour of Paris and meet the group for a delicious French dinner. Discover the magic of French baking with a walking Patisserie tour and spend the evening however you wish – whether it's an evening by the Eiffel Tower, a classy wine and cheese night, or a visit to a vibrant queer club. The next day, enjoy a guided scooter tour through Paris' LGBTQIA+ district, where you'll learn about the city's queer history and meet queer locals.
The trip ends with three beautiful days in Amsterdam, giving you ample time to explore the city's queer roots, history, and culture. You'll arrive just in time for the iconic Amsterdam Pride, including the world-famous Canal Pride, where you can dance on the canals with your new queer friends! This is the perfect trip for those who can't decide which city to explore. With at least three days in each location, you'll have more than enough time to truly experience each city and finish with a bang at Amsterdam Pride.
