Old Way Voguing Classes is open to people of all levels, especially beginners to voguing/dancing. Next class is on Thursday 19th September from 6pm - 8pm, Ample Space. It doesn't matter if you've not danced before or never heard of Voguing. This is a relaxed space for people of all abilities & backgrounds to discover Ballroom, discover themselves and most importantly to have fun! 🎈 During the classes Bronze West talks very frankly about things that can be triggering to some eg. discrimination, gender, sexuality, mental illness, addiction etc. Please bear this in mind when booking 🌱 Please wear clothes/shoes you can move freely and comfortably in, and bring water if possible. 💙 Timings 6-6:25 PM - Intro, Ballroom history & culture 6:25-6:40 PM - Meditation, Warm Up 6:40-7:40 PM - Core & Focus technique drills (will vary each week) 7:40-7:55 PM - Stretch down, Meditation You will receive access instructions to the venue via email upon booking.
