Join Gayathiri AKA @unembarrassable for an energizing poetry workshop on 7th Feb from 7-8:30 pm. 🔥 Who gets to make up language? WE DO. 🔥 Does this count as poetry? YES. 🔥 Can I share something I'm working on? YES! Here's what we'll be doing: 💛 Checking out work from poets like Alok Vaid-Menon, Danez Smith and Kay Ulanday Barrett. 💛 Exploring our word-bending powers with quick-fire writing exercises. 💛 Leaving with a bank of ideas & energy. All are welcome & no experience is necessary. Please do bring pens, notebooks and anything else that might make you feel more comfortable. There'll be time to share work with the group at the end of the session - in a v chill & v supportive space. **Wheelchair Access* Unfortunately this session will be taking place downstairs and sadly the space isn't wheelchair accessible.
